The “offer” refers to the free I.T. systems assessment conducted by Smartlogic NZ Limited. Assessment can be used interchangeably with “audit” or “inspection” for the purposes of marketing and in conversation referencing the “offer” as well as in this document detailing the terms and conditions surrounding the “offer”.
The “offer” refers to a “no-charge, no-obligation I.T. systems assessment worth $660” as advertised by Smartlogic NZ Limited.
“No charge” refers to the assessment/audit/inspection being conducted at no monetary cost to the client. The client will however be required to spare an estimated 30 minutes of time onsite to show our staff their respective I.T. requirements for the assessment/audit/inspection to be completed.
“No obligation” refers to the nature of the assessment/audit/inspection where the customer is not contractually obliged to employ Smartlogic NZ Limited to handle their I.T. services and support needs until contractually agreed by the two parties. A customer taking Smartlogic NZ Limited up on the “offer” is in no way a guarantee for either party to work with the other until contractually agreed by both parties.
“Valued at $660”, this refers to the total monetary value of the I.T. systems assessment as calculated by Smartlogic. The figure calculated includes labour charges required to conduct an assessment/inspection/audit. The figure calculated is based on an average total time of 4 hours charged at $165 per hour required to conduct a similar assessment. The assessment/audit/inspection is carried out at no cost to the client but cannot be cashed out for money or exchanged for other services, hardware, general support or any other services offered by Smartlogic NZ Limited.
Smartlogic NZ Limited reserves the right to deny customers the offer of an I.T. systems assessment/inspection/audit at any time if it believes that the customer is not legitimate, is not a business or is misinformed about the conditions of the offer.
Smartlogic NZ Limited does not accept any liability for hardware or software issues, warnings, threats, hacks etc that may arise during the course of the inspection/assessment/audit. The same applies to time post or pre the assessment/inspection/audit.
